Document Approval Workflow

Documents in Probo now have an approval workflow. Before a document gets published, it goes through a review and approval step.

This is table stakes for compliance. Auditors want to see that policies and procedures were reviewed and signed off, not just uploaded. The workflow tracks who approved what and when, so you have a clean trail when audit season comes around.
