Data and Asset Registries as Documents

Data and asset registry exports are gone. Both registries now publish, version, and get signed like any other compliance document.

After the SOA moved to the document publish workflow last week, data and asset registries were the odd ones out. Still exports. Still snapshots. Still a separate workflow to explain to auditors.

Not anymore. Both registries publish like documents now. Version them, approve them, sign them, archive them. One workflow across every compliance artifact in Probo instead of three.
