AI Systems Register

Companies now have to account for the AI they use, not just the software. The AI Systems register gives you one place to list every AI system in your org: what it does, who owns it, and where it sits in your compliance program.

Add a system, fill in the details, and publish it once it is ready to show up in audits and reviews. You can create, update, and delete entries as your AI usage changes, all from the same screen you already use for documents and audits.

It is a small addition on its own, but it closes a gap. Auditors ask about AI systems now, and until now there was nowhere in Probo to answer that question directly.
