Employees used to sign and approve documents inside the same console built for admins. Now they get their own app at /employee-portal, with a home dashboard that leads with a Get Started panel until their pending work is cleared.
Signature and approval queues are split apart, each with its own pagination, so a long approval backlog doesn’t push signing requests off the page. The queue counter also stays put while you’re signing, instead of shrinking mid-task and making you lose your place.
Document viewers keep version history in view, so you can flip back through past versions for context while sign and approve still act on the latest one. Old console employee links still work. They just redirect here now.
