# Compliance Portal

Customers and prospects increasingly expect one place to review your security posture before they buy, renew, or begin due diligence. The Compliance Portal gives them a dedicated, branded place to find that information, built directly into Probo.

Instead of maintaining a separate trust site, choose which frameworks, reports, documents, commitments, references, and subprocessors to expose from your existing Probo workspace. Nothing is shared automatically: you decide what is public, what requires approval, and whether visitors must sign an NDA before exporting documents.

## Choose what customers can see

The portal is connected to the information already managed in Probo. Select the approved items you want to share:

- Frameworks and audit reports that show your compliance coverage
- Policies, procedures, and other documents
- Security commitments and supporting files
- Customer references and useful external links
- Subprocessors selected from your third-party inventory

Adding or updating information in Probo does not automatically expose it. Each portal has its own selection of published content.

## Protect sensitive documents

For each document, audit report, or portal file, choose how it is shared:

- **Not published** — it stays inside Probo and does not appear on the portal.
- **Public** — anyone visiting the portal can open it.
- **Restricted** — visitors can see that it exists, but must sign in, request access, and receive your approval before opening it.

You can also add an NDA to the portal. Visitors may request access before signing it, but they must complete the electronic signature before exporting documents.
