CLI command reference

Reference for 46 top-level prb commands, with command usage, accepted flags, defaults, required flags, and examples from the CLI source

View as Markdown

The prb CLI provides 46 top-level commands. This catalog is generated from the Cobra command definitions in the Probo repository, so command names, summaries, and usage match the current source.

Each command page includes flag types and registered defaults, flags marked required by Cobra, and examples where the command defines them. Runtime validation or interactive prompts can impose additional requirements; the flag descriptions explain these when the source provides them.

Your installed version can differ from the current source. Run prb <command> --help to confirm its behavior. Examples are based on the command definitions and use the flags listed here; replace placeholder IDs and names with your own values.

These root flags are inherited by every command. Boolean flags can be enabled without a value or explicitly set with --flag=false.

FlagTypeDefaultRequiredDescription
--no-interactivebooleanfalse—Disable interactive prompts (also set via PROBO_NO_INTERACTIVE=1, CI=true, or TERM=dumb)
--no-colorbooleanfalse—Disable ANSI color output (also set via NO_COLOR or TERM=dumb)
